1. PRIVACY POLICY

When registering in the store and making purchases, the merchant stores the personal data (first and last name, regular and e-mail addresses, contact phone number and Google Analytics data) and all information about the purchases made about the customer.

All data collected from the customer during the checkout process is considered by the seller as personal data of the customer and is treated as confidential information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act for better purchase planning and analysis of consumer habits.

The seller does not pass on any of the data received to third parties, with the exception of the minimum data necessary to organize the delivery of the goods. The customer has the right to review the data in the possession of the seller and to prohibit further processing.

The use of an encrypted data channel between the store and banks ensures that no outsider, including the seller, has access to the client's personal bank details.

All disagreements between the customer and the seller are resolved through negotiations.

The seller responds to complaints and claims of the client by e-mail within 15 working days. If the disagreement cannot be settled by reaching a compromise, the customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or Tallinn City Court for protection of his interests. All disputes arising from lack of agreement or not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be settled on the basis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND FORCE MAJEURE

Miki OÜ shall be liable to you and you shall be liable to Miki OÜ for damages caused to the other party by breach of these terms and conditions in cases and to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.


Miki OÜ shall not be liable for any damage or delay in delivery of the goods incurred by you if the damage or delay in delivery is caused by circumstances which Miki OÜ could not influence and the occurrence of which Miki OÜ did not foresee and could not have foreseen (force majeure).

3. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The range of products and prices are subject to change without notice.

All images and descriptions are as close to reality as possible, but do not always give a complete picture of the product. We have the images and descriptions provided by the manufacturers of the goods, who sometimes make mistakes.

We try to be as accurate as possible when describing products and their characteristics, but small inaccuracies are always possible. Product manufacturers may change specifications without prior approval from us.
