SHIPPING METHOD AND COST


For orders over 39 euros, delivery via parcel machine is free of charge.


1. SmartPost postal machine - 3.9 €

To receive your parcel, you will need to enter the code received in an SMS message from SmartPost on the touch screen of the machine. Delivery to Saaremaa is one day longer than to the mainland. Delivery to Hiiumaa is once every 3 days. Storage of the parcel in the dispenser up to 7 days.

2. Omniva postal machine - 3.8 €

To receive your parcel you will need to enter the code received in an SMS message from Omniva on the touch screen of the machine.

3. Kullerteenus - 7.50 €.  This method of delivery is used for transportation of heavy and oversized goods. After the goods are handed over to the courier or courier service, you will be contacted to clarify the time of delivery of the goods. Courier delivers the order to the address specified in the order, to the door of the house (entrance), once. In case the courier could not contact you or pass you the order for your reason, the order is delivered to the post office, where you yourself can receive it at a convenient time for you. The delivery address cannot be changed. If you choose this method, please specify the desired delivery time in the field ''Comments to order''.

When receiving the goods from Omniva, SmartPost postal machine, we recommend you to inspect the package at once and if there is any external damage, indicate it in the courier's delivery note or immediately report the damage by e-mail to info@miki24.ee.


DELIVERY DATES

The goods in stock are delivered within 1-7 days within Estonia. In case the goods you have ordered are out of stock and have to be ordered from the supplier and therefore delivery by the specified date is impossible, as well as in other cases when timely delivery of the goods is not possible due to reasons beyond the control of Miki OÜ, we will inform you about the delay at the contact phone number or by e-mail specified in the order within 2 days from the date of entry into force of the purchase agreement, and we will specify a new delivery date for the ordered goods. When ordering several products, the delivery time depends on the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time. In case you are no longer interested in the purchase due to the extension of the delivery period, you have the right to cancel the order, and the amount paid by you (including shipping costs) will be refunded to you. The seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery of goods if it is caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect data provided by the customer when placing the order.
